This is an informative message that includes the time and date of your upcoming appointment, but does not confirm it. If you are signed up for text communications, you will receive the message simultaneously via text.
The message serves as a friendly reminder, and no further action is needed from your part unless you need to reschedule your appointment.
A “confirmation reminder” email message is sent out 3 calendar days prior to your appointment. This email message is important . The message asks you to confirm your upcoming appointment by simply clicking on the button provided email.
Once you have clicked the button, your appointment is automatically confirmed.NOTE: If you are signed up for text communications as well, you will receive the message simultaneously via text. No further action is necessary once you have confirmed through the email.
